This summer I was so thrilled to be invited on the Guys & Dolls team to make a 48 hour movie for the Snakebite Film Festival. This event was part of the Penticton Arts Council's Arts Rising Festival.

We all met up on the Friday night to find out the unique prop, line of dialogue, and genres we would need to include with our film. From shooting to editing we only had from Friday night to Sunday afternoon - it was a big feat!

We were so surprised when we found out the 48 hour movies were all going to be screened at the Penticton Landmark Cinema on Sunday, September 24th. Would our movie translate to the big screen? (We shot it on my cell phone.) Would the sound be okay? (It was awesome!)

What an amazing experience it was for everyone involved. And to make it even neater we won "Best Sound Design"! How cool is that?
